As a logistics associate at Expeditors, you're a vital part of our operation. Your precision and reliability ensure that our customers' shipments are handled smoothly and securely. Your responsibilities include:

• Accurately processing incoming and outgoing air freight;
• Locating, checking, and preparing goods for shipment according to strict safety and compliance protocols;
• Using modern systems to register, track, and monitor shipments efficiently;
• Identifying bottlenecks and contributing ideas for process improvement — your experience matters;
• Working closely with team members across departments to ensure a smooth logistics flow.
• You’ll work in a shift-based schedule (morning, day, evening, or night), ensuring variety and teamwork in your day-to-day role.

• Proven experience in logistics and/or air freight operations;
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings and evenings;
• Eligibility to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VGB) or proof of at least 8 years’ residence within the EU;
• Proficiency in Dutch or English and basic computer literacy;
• A proactive, accurate, and safety-conscious working attitude.
