Wat doet een magazijnmedewerker?
Een magazijnmedewerker zorgt ervoor dat goederen op de juiste plek liggen, op tijd verzonden worden en alles in het magazijn op rolletjes loopt. Of het nu gaat om een groot distributiecentrum of een lokaal bedrijf, zonder magazijnmedewerkers komt er niets op de juiste plek terecht.
De taken op een rij
Als magazijnmedewerker ben je fysiek bezig en houd je van aanpakken. Je verzamelt orders, pakt pakketten in, controleert binnenkomende goederen en houdt de voorraad op orde. In sommige functies werk je ook met heftrucks of scannersystemen.
Je werkt meestal in een team, in ploegen of dagdiensten. Samen zorg je dat alles netjes, veilig en op tijd gebeurt.

Transcon refers to our road transport department. A shipment doesn’t just appear at an airport, shipping line, distribution center, or retail store, there’s an entire process that happens beforehand! To support this, Expeditors manages a network of road carriers. The Transcon team coordinates all shipments to and from airports and shipping lines across Europe.
As a Transcon Customer Service Agent, you are the main point of contact for our customers regarding the pickup and delivery of shipments. You ensure a smooth and timely road transport process and keep all stakeholders informed about incoming deliveries. You’re also involved in the delivery process, making sure documentation and customs procedures are handled accurately and efficiently.
Throughout it all, providing an excellent customer experience is your top priority. In short, this role is a great fit for someone with a talent for organization, planning, taking initiative, and working with precision.
Dit ben jij
- You are available full time;
- Open to work in rotating shifts;
- You speak and write English fluently;
- You have Customer Service experience;
- You have an MBO working and thinking level.

- Starting salary from €2600,- based on 38.75 hours per week;
