Your role in our team

• Lead and inspire a team of 10-25 employees, promoting Decathlon's values
• Manage team recruitment, onboarding, planning, contracts, and offboarding
• Coordinate logistics activities as a duty manager for approximately 10 shifts per month
• Work with KPIs and contribute to forecasting to achieve company goals
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders during shifts
• Handle operational tasks and optimize warehouse processes

What we're looking for

• Completed MBO 4 education or equivalent experience in logistics management
• Excellent leadership skills and a passion for team development
• Strong customer focus (B2C and B2B) and process optimization abilities
• Flexibility to work 38 hours per week, including regular weekend days
• Experience with daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting
• Excellent command of the English language
• Valid work permit and minimum age of 18 years
