Allround Logistics Employee
Your role in our team
As an all-round logistics employee, you’ll be trained in various aspects of warehouse operations, including:
- Order picking
- Packing
- Receiving goods
- Shipping
You’ll work with multiple clients, ensuring a stable workload and consistent hours each week. Our focus is on teamwork and quality, aiming to bring the company to the next level together.
What we offer
- Competitive salary of €14.40 gross per hour
- 35% extra allowance for hours between 19:00 and 07:00
- 25 vacation days
- 8.33% vacation pay
- Travel allowance for distances over 10km (one way)
- Weekly payments
- Pension plan from day one (for employees 18+)
- Long-term job with potential for a direct contract
Work schedule
We operate on a two-shift system:
- 06:00 – 14:30
- 14:00 – 23:00
You’ll work 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to start as soon as possible.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Is motivated and punctual
- Has good physical fitness (as the work can be physically demanding at times)
- Is social and works well with colleagues
- Is comfortable working at heights
- Has good command of English and/or Dutch, both verbally and written
- Preferably has experience in logistics

Zorg jij graag dat alles op rolletjes loopt? Als logistiek medewerker ben jij degene die overzicht bewaart, processen laat draaien en ervoor zorgt dat goederen op tijd op de juiste plek terechtkomen.
Het is een veelzijdige functie waarin je schakelt tussen voorraadbeheer, transport, planning en vaak ook fysiek werk. Jij bent een belangrijke schakel tussen magazijn, transport en klant.
Wat doet een logistiek medewerker?
• Goederen laden, lossen en verplaatsen
• Orders verzamelen en verzendklaar maken
• Voorraad controleren en bijhouden
• Inkomende goederen controleren en registreren
• Werken met interne systemen of handscanners
• Afstemmen met chauffeurs, magazijn of planning
Werkomgeving en werktijden
Logistiek medewerkers werken meestal in een magazijn, distributiecentrum of opslaglocatie. Je staat vaak letterlijk tussen de goederen. Veel functies zijn in ploegen, maar er zijn ook dagdiensten. In sommige rollen is het werk deels administratief, in andere meer fysiek.
Waarom kiezen voor deze functie?
Logistiek werk is overzichtelijk, actief en biedt veel structuur. Er is veel vraag naar logistiek talent, dus je hebt volop baankansen. Ervaring is handig, maar niet altijd nodig. Je motivatie telt zwaarder mee. Je kunt snel doorgroeien richting teamleider, planner of coördinator.
